Public Act 123
Jackson County Treasurer's office abides by the law Public Act 123 to it's fullest extent. In order to protect the taxpayers, our office sends more notices for delinquent property taxes and makes additional personal service visits than required by Public Act 123. Our goal is to protect the rights of the taxpayers and to prevent the loss of property.
