Jackson County holds Tax Sales at various times of each year. Pursuant to Public Act 123, tax sales may be held in July, September, and November at the discretion of the Treasurer. Properties with delinquent taxes will be auctioned, for a minimum bid, to the highest bidder. The sale is held in the Commission Chambers of the Jackson County Tower Building, 120 West Michigan Avenue, Jackson, MI 49201.
Mark your calendars for the next auction to be held Tuesday, September 14, 2010 in the Jackson County Commission Chambers, 120 West Michigan Avenue, Jackson, Michigan at 12:00 p.m. Registration for the foreclosed property public auction opens at 11:00 a.m.
