Jackson County holds Tax Sales at various times of each year. Pursuant to Public Act 123, tax sales may be held in July, September, and November at the discretion of the Treasurer. Properties with delinquent taxes will be auctioned, for a minimum bid, to the highest bidder.
Mark your calendars for the next auction to be held Tuesday, September 15, 2009 in Jackson. An updated listing of available properties for the September auction will be posted as soon as possible.
